Recent Completion of The Pavilion Shopping Complex

Dolphin Point Constructions recently completed the restoration and renovation of The Pavilion in Ulladulla for the Galloway Group, designed by Jeffery Clarke of Coastal Architecture, the building is located on the corner of Green Street and Boree St Ulladulla CBD, the projects brief was to provide a new facade, entry portals, public access ways and general access upgrade. The project was completed within budget and on time with out the closure and inconveniance to the occupying retail tenents.

68 South Street Ulladulla

Contract Complete

Dolphin Point Constructions was engaged to provide project planning and site managment for Ed Kelly Constructions on thier project for NSW Housing of a 28 unit development at South Street, Ulladulla which has recently been completed.

20 Wuru Drive Burrill Lake

Under Construction

Currently under construction is a 3 x two storey townhouse unit development for Mr D Gainsante originally desiged by AKV Pty Ltd. The project is scheduled to complete early April 2012 and is currently on the market with Darren Sparks of First National Ulladulla.
